My variety of fabrics make pillowcases a thoughtful, fun & practical gift for friends and family members (including yourself!); and for both home & travel (camping, lodging, etc.). They also make welcome donations to shelters & other human-services entities.

I generally have an inventory of quilt-quality cottons in wildlife & nature-themed prints, batik, tie-dye, floral & botanical prints, miscellaneous cheerful & fanciful prints & some cotton flannels.

I have many more fabric selections than shown...

All of my cottons are pre-washed (before cutting) in hot water with perfume-free and dye-free detergent. I line-dry fabric out of direct sun to preserve the fabric and to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. (I recommend cold- or warm-water washing with detergent and line-drying out of sun to increase longevity of all cotton items, whether custom made or store-bought.)

All of my pillowcases are made with French (enclosed) seams, resulting in double-stitched seams with no ragged edges. 

Size is "standard" (21" x 32"). Queen- and king-sized cases are available as special order. 

You may order a single pillowcase to be made for your order. Pillowcases from my already-made inventory are sold in pairs. 

Price per standard-size pillowcase depends on fabric, but is generally $8 - $12 per case (with most of my fabrics in the $9 or $10/case price range). I will confirm price when you contact me to discuss your fabric selection.

Tax is added to all orders as required by law. I charge for packaging & shipping as close as possible to what it costs me. I sometimes meet for delivery depending on location and timing.

Lead Time: For items already made, I will ship within 2-3 days. I can usually respond more quickly when needed - just let me know by phoning 650-941-1068. 

For custom color selection one week plus shipping time (or meeting in person for delivery) is usually sufficient for 1-4 pillowcases. In general it depends on quantity ordered and time of year, and I can give you that information when you inquire or order. 

In all cases I will communicate with you via phone or email (your choice) so you know when to expect your merchandise. 

Payment may be made by check, money order or cash and is due when items are delivered or when I mail them. 

Coastal Seams is a business registered with the state of California. In the future I hope to be able to accept credit cards, but currently it's excessively and impractically expensive. 

(For special/customized orders that could not be sold to others once customized, I may ask for partial payment in advance).
